Chiken Cheese Sandwich

  • Ingredients
  • 1 loaf baguette
  • ¼ slice of onion
  • 1 whole tomato, thinly slice
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 50g PROCHIZ Spready
  • 50g PROCHIZ Mayo
  • 6 slices PROCHIZ Slices
  • Ingredients B:
  • 150g chicken breast
  • 150g chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lime, squeeze the water
How To
  1. Stab chicken breast with fork then season it with ingredients B. Let stand for 30 minutes until ingredients absorded.
  2. Cook meat on a teflon until done. Thin slice cooked meat.
  3. Mix PROCHIZ Spready and PROCHIZ Mayo until become cream cheese.
  4. Slice baguette to 3 pieces, then cut each pieces into 2 parts. Spread butter on inside surface of baguette. Heat inside part of baguettes on teflon until crisp. Then spread cream cheese on it.
  5. Put PROCHIZ Slices, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onion, and chicken meat in the surface of down layer of bread then cover it up with top layer of bread.
  6. Serve with chili sauce if you like to eat spicy.
