Gulai Ayam Keju

Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 stalks lemongrass
  • 1 thumb-sized galangal
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 170 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 500 - 750ml Water
  • 1 whole chayote
  • Sugar, salt, oil, lime, & flavouring to taste
  • Ground spices:
  • 8 cloves shallots
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 8 red chilli, remove the seeds
How To
  1. Chop the chicken, and squeeze the lime juice on it. Wash and drain
  2. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices until smooth. Add lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, and bay leaves
  3. Put in chicken and stir until its color changes. Pour water then cook until it boils
  4. Add chayote, wait until cooked
  5. Add PROCHIZ Spready, sugar, salt, pepper, and flavoring. Cook until it boils and the seasoning absorded
  6. Pour it into a bowl and you are ready to serve
